Who Am I?

Career Development & Professional Growth
I am a UK‑registered Pharmacist working within the pharmaceutical industry, having made an early and intentional transition into this sector shortly after registration.
This move shaped my perspective on career development, cross‑sector opportunity, and the importance of understanding how professionals can grow beyond traditional pathways. Alongside my day‑to‑day role, I support professional growth for talent across pharmacy, life sciences, business, marketing, and other sectors to understand their strengths, articulate their value, and navigate career development with clarity and confidence.
My Coaching Approach to Career Development
My coaching practice is informed by years of mentoring individuals across all career stages – helping them identify roadblocks, refine areas of interest, map transferable skills, build targeted development plans, strengthen their professional storytelling, and develop strategic direction. Supporting pharmacists and professionals from diverse backgrounds has shown me how focused guidance, strengthened self‑belief, and structured development can help professionals unlock progress and build direction with intention. This coaching approach strengthens career coaching capability for professionals seeking clarity and direction.
Strategic Career Planning for Modern Professionals
My approach is grounded in the learning I gained through my MSc in Management for Future Leaders at Henley Business School (2025). The programme strengthened my capability in strategic management, leadership psychology, organisational behaviour, innovation, and change. It also deepened my understanding of how people grow, make decisions, and lead. These insights now underpin the frameworks I use to help professionals build intentional, future‑focused careers.
Professional Background & Credentials
I received my Master of Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham in 2017 and became GPhC‑registered in 2018. I bring over six years of community pharmacy experience alongside more than seven years in the pharmaceutical industry.
I am a Faculty member at the Royal College of Pharmacy, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a member of the Industrial Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group (IPEAG) at the Royal College of Pharmacy. I also serve on the editorial board of the Industrial Pharmacy Journal.
I believe careers are built through intention, capability, and strategic action – not chance. My mission is to help professionals gain the direction, insight, and self‑belief they need to grow with purpose, make informed decisions, and build careers that reflect their strengths and ambitions.
My work and coaching is rooted in professional development, helping individuals build long‑term capability and confidence.

What is the Goal?
The goal of this platform is to equip professionals with clear, practical, and sector‑agnostic guidance, giving you the tools, insight, and confidence to grow with intention and shape your own career journey.
I aim to raise awareness of the wide range of opportunities available to professionals and to provide practical, accessible ways to explore their career development and personal growth. While some examples draw on experiences from healthcare and life sciences, every insight is intentionally designed to be sector‑agnostic and relevant to professionals at any stage of their career.
Through this platform, I share ongoing content on career management, future planning, strategic thinking, innovation, and personal effectiveness. You’ll also find guidance on motivation, mindset, and building habits that support long‑term growth.
